The University of North Georgia Alumni Association Awards and Scholarship Committee is seeking nominations for the Ralph Colley Spirit of North Georgia Award. The Award is given to an alumni who has experienced adverse circumstances in his or her life and has risen above those circumstances to live an exemplary life. Ralph Colley, '66 lost three limbs to a land mine in Vietnam. He was the award's first recipient. Nominations need to be completed by November 30. Nominations received after November 30 will not be considered until the following academic year. When possible, please submit a vitae/resume or biographical sketch of the candidate. This will aid the selection committee when reviewing candidates.
