UNGAA, Inc. Young Alumnus Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate someone for the UNGAA Distinguished Young Alumnus Award. A maximum of two recipients per year can be chosen. This is at the discretion of the selection committee. *BEST BROWSERS FOR USE ARE EITHER CHROME OR FIREFOX.

The University of North Georgia Alumni Association Awards and Scholarship Committee is seeking nominations for the Young Alumnus Award. Nominations need to be completed by November 30. Nominations received after November 30 will not be considered until the following academic year.

Ideally, Distinguished Young Alumnus Award candidates have an extraordinary record of service and support to the University of North Georgia. Please take time to consider young alumni, male or female, who have devoted time and effort to maintaining UNG's dynamic reputation. It is our opportunity to say thanks for a job well done. When possible, please submit a vitae/resume or biographical sketch of the candidate. This will aid the selection committee when reviewing the award candidates.
