Thank you for nominating an individual for the UNG Alumni Association Annual Awards.. This form is used to nominate for the different annual awards defined below: Nominations are held for consideration for two years.

ALUMNI HALL OF FAME:
For outstanding contributions to community service and/or an estimable professional career.

DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS:
For an extraordinary record of service and support to the University.

DISTINGUISHED YOUNG ALUMNUS:
For alumni within 20 years of graduation with outstanding contributions to community service and/or estimable professional career.

RALPH COLLEY SPIRIT OF NORTH GEORGIA:
For alumni who have overcome adverse circumstances in their lives and have risen to leading an exemplary life.

GOLDEN STEEPLE AWARD:
For those with a long record of support or have made a remarkable contribution to the University and/or Alumni Association.
