Alumni Weekend 2024 - Camping Registration Form

Guidelines for use:

• All those wishing to bring their RV or to tent camp during Parent-Alumni Weekend must pre-register below and sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

• All RV’s should park in the grove to the immediate right upon entry into Pine Valley. The activity field is to the left.

• Pitching tents is authorized in any area of Pine Valley, to include the activity field.

• No vehicles are allowed at all on the activity field (to the left as you are headed toward the pavilion).

• Campers will have access to the cooking pavilion, which was partially funded by alumni donations. The facility provides two green eggs. The area must be cleaned after use.

• Open fires - EXCEPT for fires in portable fire pits, in the pavilion fireplace (after class reunions), or on the sand by the river - are prohibited. BBQ grills are permitted but the coals/ash are to be taken off the premises as opposed to being discarded onsite. Campers must provide their own firewood.

• Dogs need to be leashed at all times, and owners must use pick-up bags for pet waste.

• No power, water, or septic hookups are available.

• No showers are available at Pine Valley, however, locker rooms in Memorial Hall will be available. Be sure to indicate on your reservation if you need access to the locker rooms.

• Camp site must be left clean, and trash placed in the dumpster.
