The purpose of the Global Nighthawk program is to facilitate support and encouragement for prospective education abroad students from past students. Global Nighthawks is a peer advising resource for students applying to go abroad and will provide assistance throughout the initial inquiry and application processes. Qualifications of an ideal Global Nighthawk applicant: - Current, full time UNG student - Previously studied abroad through the CGE - Maintains good academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA) - Maintains good conduct standing - Displays a desire to work with students interested in Education Abroad - Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and excellent communication skills Global Nighthawks will be required to participate in a training session before they can begin advising students. During the training session, Global Nighthawks will learn more about the CGE, program opportunities, and responsibilities and expectations. Training will occur September.
